CUSTOM MACRO PLAN

Custom macro plans are the most flexible dietary intervention to achieve your goals because YOU get to choose what you consume daily.​ Macro plans include your own custom macro (protein, carbs & fat) calculation that serve as your targets for each day. You will also receive the O'Brien Fitness Guide for Flexible Dieting; your complete resource for macro tracking.

IN-PERSON PRIVATE TRAINING

Welcome to the O’Brien Fitness Private Training Studio!

The O’Brien Fitness Private Training Studio is the perfect private setting for one-on-one, partner and small group Personal Training. 

Our warm and inviting studio will make you feel like you are exercising in the comfort of your own home complete with fresh towels, bottled water, your preferred music, TV and a warm fire-side carpeted area to cool-down and stretch. 

 

Our studio is equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art commercial grade fitness equipment and features a separate cardio room complete with an Arc Trainer, Treadmill and TV for your enjoyment.

Our main training area features:

  • Olympic lifting bars + plates

  • cable machine

  • power tower

  • squat rack + cage

  • hack squat + leg press

  • sissy squat

  • leg extension + leg curl

  • preacher curl + tricep press

If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level we offer individual, partner and small group private training services in a variety of 30 and 60 minute training packages.

Whether you are pressed for time, live or work abroad, virtual personal training is for you! All sessions are 30 minutes long and are programmed using the equipment you have access to.
