The O’Brien Fitness Private Training Studio is the perfect setting for one-on-one, partner and small group Personal Training.
Our warm and inviting studio will make you feel like you are exercising in the comfort of your own home complete with fresh towels, bottled water, your own music, TV and a warm fire-side carpeted area to cool-down and stretch. More? If, during winter months, your gym clothes have been sitting in a cold car all day, we warm them up!
Our studio is equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art commercial grade fitness equipment and a separate cardio room featuring an Arc Trainer, Treadmill and TV for your enjoyment.

Custom macro plans are the most flexible way to achieve your health and weight management goals because YOU get to choose what you consume daily.
Plans include custom macro counts (protein, carbs, fat and fiber) that serve as your targets for each day. The O'Brien Fitness Guide for Flexible Dieting is also included with each plan.
O'Brien Fitness offers a host of community, corporate and private group wellness workshops.
Every workshop is tailored to each client and can be facilitate virtually or in-person.
