  • Level-Up 8-Week Cut Custom Macros; clients will choose from a list of specific proteins, carbs, fats and condiments to create their meals and hit their macro targets 

  • Level-Up 8-Week Cut Training Program; a gym membership is required for ALL training days 

  • Weekly Virtual Coaching check-ins: 15-minute one-on-one sessions with Coach O'Brien

  • Unlimited text and email support with Coach O'Brien

APPLICATION
PRE-REQUISITES

You must have taken Shred With M

You have a "NO EXCUSES" mentality

You do not have planned engagements involving eating out

You are not on holidays during the eight weeks of the program

You can commit to eight weekly virtual coaching check-ins

You have a solid working knowledge of My Fitness Pal

You have consistently tracked your macros for 6+ months

You are committed to weighing and measuring your food

You are committed to shopping for and preparing your own food

You can commit to abstaining from eating out/ordering in 

You are prepared to give up alcohol

training

You have a good level of fitness

You have worked out consistently for the past 6+ months

You have access to a gym 

You have a solid understanding of exercise "language" and know how to use gym equipment

You are ready and willing to PUSH yourself during your training sessions

You can commit to training six days per week for 60-90 minutes

Note: Spots are limited. I only accept 15 participants for the program to ensure they receive my undivided attention and support.

If you are selected to join the Level-Up 8-Week Cut program you will be notified within ONE week prior to the program start date.

​

The Level-Up 8-Week Cut runs TWICE per year: April & October. The next Cut will open for applications beginning of April 2025.​
